Best food.

The old hospital is definitely recommended. Here you can find the best Schäufele far and wide! The meat is soft as butter, comes off the bone and the crust is totally crispy 🤤The place is cozy and nice and rustic. The service is very nice. There are parking spaces in front of or next door in the parking garage. There is one point deduction for the lame service. 15 minutes until someone came to take the order. The food came quickly within 10 minutes. However, the bill came after asking 3 times 20 minutes later, that is too long. We'll be back anyway and can warmly recommend the old hospital. You have to order in advance 👍🏻

Very nice restaurant that cooks rustic. It has been in the family for a long time and everyone works with it. It's clean and tidy, as are the toilets. The food was delicious and enough. My companion had medallions of turkey breast in fruity curry cream, butter rice and salad, and I only had a colorful leafy salad with turkey breast. Both tasted very tasty. The medallions were refined with a coconut milk. Delicious. We sat outside because the weather was very good. There is not much seating outside, but it is very nicely and comfortably decorated. The staff is friendly and can also advise the food very well. You know exactly how and what is in the dish in it. The Schäufele are really delicious! We have been there quite often and the other dishes have always been delicious so far. The service is always very friendly. The drinks service just sometimes takes a little too long.

Not as good as hoped🙄There are hardly any or no parking spaces in front of the restaurant! The waitress seemed to have been overwhelmed, drinks came very late after ordering or not at all with the next order! When it comes to eating, you couldn't make an order as nobody came by! The food was good, but too expensive for my knowledge! The friendliness was also desirable!

The menu has a good selection with Franconian dishes, wine list with fine Franconian wines. The staff friendly, but not necessarily attentive, e.g. B. empty plates are only cleared when prompted.

Very good food. The male condition is super nice and very attentive. Unfortunately, if you have a voucher there is always a theater when you pay.

Super location. Traditionally but also contemporary. The food is great and inexpensive, anytime again. Nice outside area, great attentive waitresses.

I discovered this restaurant in historical walls only after being informed. When I walked past here for the first time seven months ago, I hadn't recognized it as a restaurant and had only a quick look at it. I missed something because both the ambience in the dining room and the good German cuisine invite you to linger and enjoy. The staff is very attentive and friendly and offers really good service with great advice on the menu.

We were here for dinner. I ordered the salmon with rice, my companion had a steak with fried potatoes. It was delicious! Everything fit. Nice atmosphere and our waiter was very friendly to us. Thank you, we will be back

For me 6 Star Restaurant - simpley the best

Traditional and historic restaurant, within walking distance to the Steiner Castle. Suitable for celebrations, make a reservation. Food in the upper price segment with something schi schi prepared for it very fresh and delicious. Toilets are a bit old but clean.

Good Food, lighting needs improvement

I had here I think best steak in my life!

Friendly and attentive staff. Incredibly good game dishes. Slightly higher priced, but thanks to good service and good products. Steak was unfortunately the Garpunkt next to it, so a star less.
